A Complete Timesheet Facility
Many organizations need to collect detailed information on work
time. Project Gateway integrates the collection of time spent on project tasks with overhead reporting to give
you a simple way to report status and collect weekly data in one system without double
entry. This facility consists of a form called a Timesheet, and a set of views, which
tabulate time information and supporting documents.
Project Gateway supports full Timesheet operation from both Notes and Web Clients. Timesheet information is posted to update project status and transferred to Costing Center
for cost and charge-back calculation.

Sample Notes Timesheet
Timesheets can be created, approved, and posted from any Notes client platform, including
PC's, Mac's and Unix Workstations. They can be used by LAN connected and mobile team
members and from Web Browsers.
To report time using a Notes Client, the person creates a Timesheet using the Notes menu, fills the timesheet with
the assignments from a private folder, and enters the time worked on each. Overhead categories
appear as if they were additional tasks. When the time report is complete, the person presses
the submit button on the form. Depending upon the individual and your organization, the
timesheet can be routed to a manager for approval or posted immediately.
