Checklists

Sometimes the most powerful features are the easiest to use.

Checklists provide a way to make tasks more powerful.
They communicate instructions and measure results

Here is an explanation for why checklists are so valuable and how they work in Project Gateway
Rethinking Project Management: Introducing the Task Checklist

Every assignment can now have a checklist.

The checklist can be entered when the task is created, or assigned at a later time.
Checklists can be imported from Microsoft Project, and can be built into Schedule Templates.

Checklists appear in your task views.

Checklists are integrated into the timesheet process.
When you report time on a task.

You will be presented with the opportunity to update that tasks checklist.
And provide explanations for incomplete items if the task is finished.
These explanations are recorded on the task and emailed the project leader.

They can also trigger the generation of project issues.
